SEEKING FOR Part-Time OFFICE ASSISTANT

ALLIANCE Home Sales of NJ, LLC. is seeking for a part-time 4-6 Hrs M-F Office Assistant to join a fast paced and multifaceted work friendly environment.  This is a an exciting opportunity for the right candidate, if you are thinking of a real estate career with unlimited growth potential email your resume today.  You will be working directly with ALLIANCE Home Sales of NJ CEO. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Real Estate file processing through our cloud based transaction management system;
  • Follow up on dally tasks with buyers, sellers, attorneys, inspectors and title companies; 
  • Interact with our Team of Associates;
  • Interact with management; 
  • General office communications, mailers, emails social media and marketing;
  • Provide general admin support including but not limited to: making copies, faxing, preparing mailers, greeting customers/clients/vendors. 
Qualifications:
  • Real Estate License helpful but not required; 
  • Strong Communication and Writing Skills;
  • Tech savvy "Email, Internet, Social Media, Cloud Based Applications, Typing, Word Processing, Spreadsheets"
  • Detailed-oriented;
  • Independent and proactive.
